Social Publisher is built and operated by iAutomate. This page explains what data we collect when you use Social Publisher, why we collect it, and how it's stored.
Social Publisher never asks for or stores the password to any Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or YouTube account. Every connection is made through that platform's own official sign-in screen (OAuth), and the platform itself decides what access to grant us — not the other way around.
We use this data only to operate Social Publisher: authenticating you, publishing your posts to the accounts you've connected, showing you a status per platform, and keeping each client's accounts separated from every other client's.
We send your post content to the platforms you explicitly connect and select when you publish — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or YouTube — through their official publishing APIs. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Data is stored in our database and file storage on our hosting provider. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Uploaded media is kept only as long as needed to publish and display your post history.
You can disconnect a connected account at any time from the Accounts page — this removes our stored token for that account immediately. You can also request that we delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
Questions about this policy or a data request can be sent to support@iautomate.in.
