Terms of Service — Social Publisher

These terms govern your use of Social Publisher, a product operated by iAutomate. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Social Publisher lets you connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube accounts through each platform's official login, then draft, schedule and publish posts to the accounts you've connected from one dashboard. Social Publisher is provided as-is and is under active development — features, limits and pricing may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the login details you register with and for keeping your password secure.
If you manage accounts on behalf of clients, you're responsible for having their permission to connect and publish to those accounts.
One account should not be shared across unrelated organizations without our knowledge.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Social Publisher to publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the terms of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or YouTube. We may suspend a connected account or your Social Publisher account if we reasonably believe it's being used to violate this section or a connected platform's own policies.

Connected platforms

Each platform you connect governs what you can post to it and can revoke our access at any time — that's outside our control. We publish exactly what you submit; we don't edit, review or endorse your content before it goes out.

Availability

We aim to keep Social Publisher available and to deliver scheduled posts on time, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform outages, API rate limits or maintenance can delay or fail a publish — when that happens we mark the affected post as failed so you can retry it.

Termination

You can stop using Social Publisher and delete your account at any time from your profile settings — see our data deletion page for details. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

Liability

Social Publisher is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, iAutomate isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including content published, scheduled or failed to publish through it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Social Publisher after an update means you accept the revised terms.
